Steve Melnick is a Realtor in Highlands Ranch Colorado. He has been a Real Estate Broker With Realty World Colorado Homes since 1989. He specializes in home search, distressed properties, rentals, fix and flips, Short Sales and helping people avoid foreclosure. He is married to his wife Randi Melnick since June 28th 1987. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado where he studied Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Economics. He also competed on the college gymnastic team and two Division II National Gymnastic Championships.

Steve is a Denver native and worked in the family Meat Packing Business. He also has experience in retail sales, electronic sales, and insurance sales. He likes swimming, diving, basketball, tennis, gymnastics, movies, all kinds of music. He is active in Masonic Lodge (Past Master 2001 of Columbine Lodge) and Meetup Tennis Groups.

Real Estate is about Families

Sometimes helping other buy and sell homes I can get lost why I do what I do. Finding a great new home is all about the community and all the great parks, trails, recreation centers, shops to spend time with someone you love. This post is all about spending time with my son Benjamin at Johnson park last weekend! The park is located off 44th avenue in Wheat Ridge between Wadsworth and Kipling and runs along the Clear Creek trail and river. We went to the skate park and I got to watch him perform for me. In addition there is a pool with slide, baseball field, and basket ball court. The park is historic go google it and find out more information.
